Joe's POVI didn't realise I missed Carson so much. Apparently I was keeping Nick awake with talking about her, can you blame me? I miss her like crazy. I'm gonna phone her. I dialled her didgits and waited until she answered. Four rings later..."Hey?""Hey Carson." I greated her."Joe!" she squealed. "God, I miss you." she laughed."I miss you too. How you been?" I asked."Amazing. So much has happened that I can't wait to tell you!""Tell me now, I have time.""Well, I started a band!" she yelled."A band?" I asked stunned. "Within 3 days?""I had posted flyers before coming to Jersey. But I totally forgot about them until I had masses of e-mails.""So, any good members?""All the guys are amazing. I just had lunch with them actually.""Guys? As in males?" I asked, panicking."Yep. Lucas, Joel and Quinn." she informed me."And how old are these guys?" I asked, sarcasticly. She didn't pick it up, thankfully."Joel is 16, Quinn is 20 and Lucas is 18." she said. "Are you ok Joe?""Yeah I'm great. Just a little tired that's all, we practised all day today.""Ohh well, I don't wanna keep you up. Call me when your ready.""Love you Car.""Love you Joe."Then I hung up.A band full of guys and one girl. This was not good. I had to do some damage control.Hayley's POVI was stood in a waiting room wearing grey pineapple sweats and a pink tank. I had my dance audition within 5 minutes and I was frozen solid with nerves. I had never auditioned for anything as big as this. Britney was known for amazing high-energy dance routines, would I be able to compete with these other dancers?"Hayley Stevens?"I glanced upwards and was greeted by kind grey eyes, belonging to a young woman. Probably the assistant to the choreographer. I nodded and followed her into a large dance hall. I had prepared a piece to Britney's new Womanizer song, including hip-hop, jazz and even some breakdancing. I hope it's good enough."Have you prepared a piece to audition?" she asked."Yeah.""Begin when you're ready." she instructed.She went and sat behind a camcorder at the front of the room. It was empty besides the two of us. Guess somebody would review my tape and get back to me...or not.I began on the floor, holding a handstand for the first 8 beats before quickly flipping myself up and bursting into hip-hop. I thrashed around the room using all my energy and quickly washing away my nerves. This was so much fun! I ran to do a round off and finished in the spilts, smiling widley at the camcorder. I didn't want to seem too cheerleader-ish so I quickly wiped the smile away and struck a gangsta pose. I think this worked better. The camera clicked off and the red button dimmed to darkness."Thank you."I lifted myself from the floor and walked out of the audition room. Well, that was easy.Riley's POVI was with Carl Langdon, the managers son. He was going through the business plan with me for my modelling career. I had go-see's with Candies, Converse, Gucci, Burberry, Vivienne Westwood and Dolce and Gabanna. I couldn't believe this was all happening to me!"Your first go-see will be situated in New York, for Gucci. A private jet will be schedualed to take you to and from the go-see. We may book more while your in New York to save on travel." he explained.Looking closely at Carl I could see that his dark brown eyes showed maturity and wisdom."How old are you Carl?" I asked, abruptly."I turned 18 last month." he smiled. "Why do you ask?""Something about your eyes." I murmered, while looking into them deeply."Always the eyes. They book me every casting." he said, shyly."You model?" I asked."Sometimes. Family business." he joked. "I'm studying to be a Lawyer and it pays the bills." he admitted."That's really cool." I agreed, smiling.Carl was actually really good looking. Under his green shirt I could see the outline of his 6 pack and his muscles were bulging through the sleeves."I'll be acompanying you obviously. We couldn't have a model virgin traipsing New York alone." he laughed.Did he just say virgin mid-sentance. I was embarrassed to say it to friends, never mind a complete stranger. He tossed his hair from his eyeline and looking directly into mine. He stopped laughing and we shared an awkward moment before he began speaking again."Here's my cell number, call me through the week to arrange the trip. I'll see you soon Riley."He smiled one last time before walking away. Ohh boy this guy was cute! And I was alone with him on a private jet, heading straight to New York.
