| BERLUSCONI RISPONDE ALLE CRITICHE SULLA TASSA SKYTue, 02 Dec 2008 13:09:19 -0800 by Isabo81NewsTIRANA(Albania) - Sull'aumento dell'Iva per le tv a pagamento «non si torna indietro». Silvio Berlusconi chiude da Tirana la possibilità di rivedere la contestata norma sull'aliquota al 20% contenuta nel decreto anti-crisi che ha sollevato le polemiche dell'opposizione sul conflitto di interessi del premier (in quanto il provvedimento penalizza Sky, uno dei principali concorrenti di Mediaset). E in un gioco di sponda con il ministro dell'Economia, Giulio Tremonti, chiarisce i motivi di quella scelta, attaccando la sinistra «senza vergogna e senza ritegno», che ha scatenato la bagarre senza ammettere che la decisione di riallineare l'imposta a quel livello «era una decisione già negoziata dal governo Prodi con la Commissione Europea».LA QUASI APERTURA - Il caso si riapre in mattinata, quando durante una conferenza stampa con il premier albanese, Sali Berisha, Berlusconi premette di non aver visto lo spot di Sky che contesta la decisione del governo ma sembra voler offrire un'apertura alle richieste dell'opposizione e di alcuni esponenti della maggioranza che da giorni invocano una marcia indietro dell'esecutivo. «Se la sinistra insiste, difendendo i ricchi e i consumi non necessari pur di venire contro di noi e tirando addirittura in ballo il conflitto di interessi - dice - allora io sono pronto a farlo, non ho nessuna difficoltà ad accettare. Purché - scandisce - si rispetti la normativa europea». Al termine della conferenza stampa tiene a sottolineare che «è stato Tremonti a volere quella norma per combattere sprechi e privilegi. E quando ne spiegherà i motivi allora la sinistra perderà la faccia in maniera definitiva di fronte agli italiani».«LA SINISTRA DOVREBBE VERGOGNARSI»- Il presidente del Consiglio esce dalla sede del governo di Tirana, va a pranzo con il presidente della Repubblica albanese e lascia che sia il titolare di via XX Settembre a sciogliere l'arcano da Bruxelles. Quella norma è intoccabile, scandisce Tremonti dall'Ecofin, anzi era stato proprio il governo Prodi a raggiungere un accordo con la Ue, pena l'apertura di una procedura d'infrazione nei confronti dell'Italia. Passano le ore e Berlusconi rilancia. E non si fa pregare per rispondere alle domande dei cronisti che lo aspettano fuori della residenza dell'ambasciatore italiano. Fa fermare l'auto e torna ad attaccare: «Tremonti dice che non si può tornare indietro e che quella norma la volle il governo Prodi? E allora - chiede polemicamente allargando le braccia - era giusto venirmi addosso, attaccarmi e fare questa campagna vergognosa contro di me tirando in ballo il conflitto di interessi? Questa è la dimostrazione che la sinistra con cui abbiamo a che fare non ha alcun ritegno e non tiene vergogna. Una sinistra che dovrebbe vergognarsi di quello che ha fatto in questi ultimi due giorni». Insomma, conferma Berlusconi, l'aumento dell'Iva del 50% alle pay-tv resta. Serve a reperire risorse, spiega, «altrimenti dove li prendiamo i soldi per fare tutto quello che abbiamo fatto?». Ma soprattutto, ribadisce, serve a «rimediare ad un privilegio indebito nei confronti di Sky». Certo se la sinistra insiste, ironizza, «possiamo anche decidere di cambiare la norma. Anzi visto che io sono quello del conflitto di interessi avrei tutta la convenienza a farlo riportando l'Iva al 10% a tutti gli audiovisivi, compresa Mediaset. Insomma se la sinistra continua a chiedermelo potrei farlo e farei festa». «Ma dai... - conclude Berlusconi - questa è gente con cui si può parlare? Che si vergognino, ora spero che gli italiani lo capiscano».L'ATTACCO AI DIRETTORI - Poi Silvio Berlusconi rientra in Italia e scambia alcune battute con i giornalisti ad alcuni metri da Palazzo Grazioli. Stavolta l'argomento è l'atteggiamento della carta stampata: «Che vergogna... questi sono i personaggi della sinistra con cui abbiamo a che fare. Io Sky la capisco, ha avuto un privilegio, ma non capisco i giornali che invece di chiedersi come mai c'era un rapporto privilegiato nei confronti di Sky attaccano me, che vergogna! Direttori e politici dovrebbero tutti cambiare mestiere, andarsene a casa, politici e direttori di questi giornali, come La Stampa e il Corriere dovrebbero cambiare mestiere. Altro che conflitto di interesse e Berlusconi...». Uno sfogo che non è passato inosservato e che ha scatenato una ridda di reazioni: dal Pd che parla di nuovo «editto» alla Federazione della Stampa che parla di attacco scomposto.
