I dont understand some comments by JD Lee.He says the camp was 300ft above and north of the spring (Page 230, JDL Confession, 1882)Page 231:"I will cross he valley on the WEST of the corral and look..." "I stayed on the WEST side of the valley 2 hours looking DOWN on the immigrants On page 227 of his Confession (1882) He states he reached the camp in 12 miles from harmony but to go around by wagon was 40-50 miles. (i was unable to deal with this issue on this video)JDL then states he went 16 miles South from MMM and met carl shirts,100 indians and many mormons. JDL was wise enough to know sending Haslam north to B.Y. was a ploy (p228)JDL staes that one volley of bullets cut is clothes at 3 places. Here, pleading with the indians, they nicknamed him "Yaw-Guts" or "Cry Baby" pleding for the immigrants. Page 230: "We moved our camp 1200ft up the valley onto a hill".
