| Crise : le bibendum se dégonfle...Sat, 29 Nov 2008 10:17:06 -0800 by kompilman57La production va être arrêtée pendant une semaine à la fin de l'année dans deux ateliers Michelin où travaillent 500 personnes à Clermont-Ferrand, fief du fabricant de pneus, en raison d'une baisse de commandes, a-t-on appris samedi auprès de la direction et des syndicats. L'atelier de mélangeage de gomme de Cataroux, principal site de production clermontois, qui emploie 400 personnes, sera fermé du 22 au 29 décembre, alors que l'atelier de fabrication de fils de la Combaude, qui compte 100 personnes, sera fermé du 18 au 24 décembre. Ces décisions ont été annoncées aux syndicats jeudi lors d'un comité d'entreprise. "Nous trouvons injuste que le personnel fasse les frais de la crise. Michelin annonce du chômage technique dans presque toutes ses unités alors qu'il se porte bien", a déclaré à l'AFP François Roca, délégué central européen CGT. "Le personnel va être payé à 50%, alors qu'aucun effort n'est fait à la tête de l'entreprise, et que même en Roumanie, quand les usines de Michelin sont au chômage technique, les ouvriers sont payés 75% de leur salaire", a-t-il souligné, réclamant le versement de 100% des salaires. "Afin de recourir le moins possible au chômage partiel, nous proposons aux salariés de puiser dans leur compte épargne temps, de prendre leurs congés par anticipation, ou d'effectuer pendant cette période des travaux de maintenance et de formation", a indiqué à l'AFP la direction de Michelin. Les autres sites de Michelin en Auvergne ne sont pour le moment pas touchés, a-t-elle ajouté. Michelin, qui indique "s'adapter au ralentissement de la demande en fermant des usines au coup par coup pour limiter les stocks", a déjà annoncé des mesures de chômage partiel dans les usines de Joué-lès-Tours (Indre-et-Loire), 1.300 salariés, de Blanzy (Saône-et-Loire), 1.600 salariés, et de Roanne (Loire), 900 salariés. Les deux usines du groupe à Zalau (nord-ouest de la Roumanie), employant environ 1.600 personnes, fermeront quand à elles du 12 décembre jusqu'à début janvier. Selon la loi roumaine, les salariés doivent bénéficier d'une indemnisation minimum de 75% de leurs salaires en période de chômage technique. Ishikawa.Ishikawa a été distingué dans l'édition 2009 du célèbre guide gastronomique. "Deux étoiles" l'an passé, le restaurant est le seul cette année à Tokyo à avoir grossi les rangs des "trois étoiles", la distinction suprême.Les Guides Michelin n'étaient pas joignables dans l'immédiat.Les produits rappelés sont des "haricots noirs", un délice très prisé au Japon, servi avec une sauce soja sucrée pour le Nouvel An.La bactérie "cereus" a été découverte dans des bocaux dont les haricots, au lieu de rester noirs, avaient pris une apparence crémeuse. En quantité importante, ce germe entraîne une intoxication alimentaire, provoquant diarrhées et vomissements."C'est à 120% de la responsabilité de notre direction des ventes et je me sens vraiment coupable", a déclaré M.
