| Metal Gear Online - cbt 07.jan.09_8 Hewhodares.com MumraThu, 08 Jan 2009 14:02:18 -0800 by mumra2kMy first games of 2009, that I played last night. Oh boy, has my aiming gone with the wind. Its cringy footage people :-(I don’t even know why I’m uploading these, to be quite frank. Luckily for me, it just so happened that Viper, Nabashin and some other clan people were online when I finally decided to give MGO another try.Before I get a flood load of questions asking me why im using the MK2, allow me to answer that now. I find that working with the MK2 helps build back up my aim in times like these when I’ve been away from MGO or im starting to feel as though im on a poor run of form... (or both!)Cpt. Nabashin of ESouls, for some reason took pity on me and decided to host a training room for me so that I could not completely obliterate my stats for Mumra.eu. In the training vids, dont be fooled, it may "look" like im performing great but it couldnt be further from the truth. I also urge you to not the level of the competition too. They were FOB new players, so I was getting away with pure luck on a lot of my shots.I did tell Nabashin that it was cool and i didn’t care if i ended up putting Mumra.eu s chr down to level 6 if it meant getting back my aim. But thankfully, Nabashin insisted he’d host. Im very grateful. Its the little considerate stuff like that, which makes you know you’re in a good clan with members who care. [ That reminds me; Rubs/Frey/Gamesboi, similarly displayed such "clan spirit" when he told me of how pissed he got when he discovered a few people trying to "pouch" my identity xD He got more angry than I did, lol! ]Besides, im starting to think that the animal rank and stats should now should have no bearing on me. Those things are for the "new" people to mgo who want to know what their progress is in this game and see how far they can take themselves.I think my skills are on a even keel now. Throughout all my youtube videos, Ive surely reached my "peak" and stayed there for a short spell, fluctuating marginally.As a seasoned mgo player, I think that’s "it". There should be nothing more that I can do to "improve".Ill still keep making vids, but on a personal note, i do feel its a shame that i never was good enough to reach foxhound rank. But then again, deep down, i didnt think i was ever gonna be good enough. For the record, my highest ever rank was hound. Yes, i know its "easy" to get FH rank, but im just a noob – ive accepted my station in MGO-life and im comfortable with it now.
