Ingrediants:1 cup of whole fruit (ex. strawberries,blueber ries, and raspberries)1 or 2 cup of 7 Up (juice ex. orange, cranberry, or grape. works better)1/2 Cup of milk2 or 3 drips of lemon juiceYogurt (regular works best.. or a kind that you like)1/2 of bananablend until smoothliquify for 5 seconds.ENJOY!if you don't want to watch the whole thing just watch the beginning and end!
