I can really write a lot of great things about this vest seeing as I have played two 24 hour scenario games and a few woodsball games while wearing this cool piece of equipment. I will just list the PROS and CONS of this vest.PROS:-Very Breathable-Pockets and compartments for almost everything you need while playing long scenario games-Combination Map and ID pouch are my favorite compartment because it allows you to keep items within easy access.-Belly pouch lets you hold three grenades or three 100 round pods or to be used as a dump bag.-MOLLE attachments at the shoulder and upper chest area for small items.-The two straps in the front allow you to hang your mask from either side.-Belt loops allow you to hang a utility belt that makes attaching leg holsters much easier and secure.-The integrated waist strap makes it feel as secure as a tournament harness.-Water pouch pocket inside the vest. (Water bladder not included)-4+2 Vertical pod configuration on back. (I rarely use the +2 elastic carriers but its nice that they are there.)-Air tank pocket is very adjustable and secure. (I use a 72cu 3000psi tank and the vest has no problem adjusting to such a big tank.)-*BONUS* the removable name patch on the back can also be used to attach interlock systems. I attached a 6x8 pouch to the upper back to carry items that don't need to have quick access to i.e. the battery pack for my camera. I don't think this was advertised but it does work.CONS:-The integrated gun sling is not included and must be purchased separately. (Minor problem)-Velcro at the adjustable shoulders sometimes curls up.-Pockets are permanently affixed except for the radio pocket. (I don't have a problem with the pockets being sewn to the vest but some other people might want to customize.)OTHER COMMENTS:-If you are very thin or very fat this may not be the best fit for you. I am 5'7" and 260 lbs my belly is around 52" wide. That's my problem not Special Ops. I just fit into this comfortably with the side straps let all of the way out. Owned them all since 1994 and 2004 had an amazing, very adjustable AI.
