This clip isn't about who's right or wrong, it's about the loss of innocent lives, regardless of their religious views..Summary of the conflict:The Israel-Palestine conflict goes way back. In the 19th century Palestine had a multicultural population, there was 86 procent muslim, 10 procent Christian and 4 procent Jewish, living in peace.In the late 1800's a group of Zionist extremists went to Palestine and settled there. No problems at first, but then more Zionists immigrated and wanted to take over the land for a Jewish state. They started to occupy certain Palestinian territories and soon the First Intifada broke out, which was a Palestinian uprising against Israeli rule in the occupied territories. 1551 Palestinians were killed and 422 Israelis.Finally, the UN intervened, and they were going to divide the land. Under Zionist pressure, they recommended giving away 55 procent of Palestine to a Jewish state, even though this group only represented about 30 procent of the total population.It pretty much goes on, there's more war and Israelis conquer more land as time passes. Now there are two Palestinian movements, defending the rights of Palestinians. You've got Fatah and Hamas, Hamas being the terrorist movement. They've been in conflict with one another for some time, Fatah is in the north of the country and Hamas has taken control of the Gaza. And Israel wants to take down Hamas.A lot of Palestinians are stuck in Israeli cities like Nazareth. Land that used to belong to Palestine and is now part of Israel. The people who have died because of this endless dispute, were people like you and me. People who played world of warcraft, listened to music, had fun with their friends, ...Also...Some people are saying this information is biased. However, the fact that people from both sides of the fence are saying this makes me believe it's actually pretty neutral (I tried to give facts only), or there are offensive/incorrect things in there for both sides.
