My new bridge .... comments welcomeSat, 06 Sep 2008 09:51:31 -0700 by DJRockinRobI have built the foundation for our mountain and village but first I have a question.Do you believe in chance or do you think everything is already planed out for you? Well read this and you be the judge..... I decided the height of my bridge purely out of vision. I held one train above the other and asked my wife what she thought was better (I already had an idea but needed conformation). So as it turned out 5 inches was the winner. I always intended to have a bridge as the focal point. I did not necessarily want this particular bridge (it just doesn't have the right warmth) but it will work. NOW! .... It comes time to install the bridge .... The box read ..... are you ready .... 5 ¼ inches tall!!!! When I took out the temp bridge and installed the new one .... It was perfect!!! No digging required, just undo the track and slide it in.Chance, or planed? You tell me.... No, really, tell me Related: train electric toy layout lay out

Six Flags rollercoaster ... i don't think so, but others do.Sat, 06 Sep 2008 09:37:16 -0700 by DJRockinRobThis project is teaching me more and more as the days go by. such as, had i listened to all of the pros my layout would just be a figment of my imagination and not the envy of yours. Just kidding. now for some specs ... ... i have created a 5 inch lift in 40 inches, and i made the "U" turn with a 9 inch radius. The hobby shop pro (Buddy) says that my 9 inch radius is gonna give him nightmares tonight :) any questions? Related: train electric toy layout lay out

First test of my first ever layoutWed, 27 Aug 2008 23:57:07 -0700 by DJRockinRobMy friend skip taught me how to fish, and now i can fend for myself. This is my very first attempt at creating a layout. MANNN, so many thing have to come before so many other things. for instance, before i could play with the train... i had to build the "Bench Work". i get home this night late (like 11pm and want to play with my train but NOOOO i had to build a Dag Nabbid stool first. (im not country i just did not want to use a "colorful explitive" :)) Related: train electric toy layout lay out
